March 2021

We will continue to safely work out and stretch our upper and lower torso, followed by power walking laps.

Group activity includes soccer Practice, and Obstacle races.

We will continue following CDC rules, sanitizing and distancing.

Students are encouraged to stretch every day at home, including light jumping jacks, light push-ups and sit-ups.
