Our Parishes
Our academy serves the following local parishes:
- St. Thérèse of Lisieux, located on the corner of Avenue D and Troy Avenue
- St. Catherine of Genoa, located on Linden Blvd. and Albany Avenue
- Our Lady of Refuge, located on Ocean Avenue and Foster Avenue.
- St. Jerome, located on Newkirk Avenue and Nostrand Avenue.
- Holy Innocents, located on East 17th Street and Beverley Road
The pastors of these parishes function as prime sponsors of the academy. They appoint the Directors and ensure the overall Catholic identity of the academy and its programs. This means that the pastors of the aligned parishes are charged with the responsibility to ensure the Catholic identity of the academy is vibrant and visible.
Each pastor takes an active role in the faith development of the students through their visits and leadership in liturgy and prayer experiences. Fr. Anselmus Mawusi , Rev. Raphael Munday Kukana , Fr. Charles Oduro, Rev. Lucon Rigaud and Fr. Jean Yvon Pierre are a tremendous support to our students and staff.
