Please make note of these important dates: Friday March 2nd the academy will be closed for grades K-8 for Teacher’s Professional Day. Friday March 16th everybody is Irish as we prepare to celebrate the feast of St. Patrick. The students are permitted to dress down provided they wear something green. $2 donation is required.

On Tuesday March 20th and Wednesday March 21st, we will hold Penance Services for grades 3-5 & 6-8 (more information regarding exact time will be sent home closer to the date).

Report Cards will be distributed on Tuesday March 20th. Teachers will be available for conferences between the hours of 3-5pm and 6-7:30pm.. Please take this opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher and review their progress.

In preparation of Holy Week, we will have a special Prayer Service on Wednesday March 28th at 10:30am. The service will take place in the Church and everyone is invited to attend. We will also present students with the monthly and academic awards for the second semester. Dismissal will take place immediately after at 11:50am. There is no afterschool (please make a note of this).

We will be closed March 29th – April 6th and will reopen on Monday April 9th regular time.

**The mass schedule for Holy Week will be available in the office. Please do not hesitate to call if you are in need of the schedule**

Lastly please note The NYS ELA Test will be given to grades 4,6 & 8 April 11-13. Please make sure students are here on time daily for the tests. Students should have a good breakfast every morning and especially before the tests.

In closing please continue to pray with your children during Lent; attend mass, pray and meditate The Stations of the Cross. Instill in your children traditions that will be with them for a lifetime. Invite Jesus in!
